Managers are copycats

It’s very difficult to innovate in all fields. But in people/organizational management i mostly see the copycats (i am not an exception). We basically just grab some ideas just because we believe it will work. The good part is that we are not afraid to experiment and learn something new after applying something in another context.

But it would be so cool to find real management innovator and have a chat with him…
